Our Founder
Janai Imani is a God-fearing, purpose-driven woman who is dedicating her life to empowering young women. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration, Janai combines her academic background with her passion for personal growth and development. As a first-generation Jamaican American originally from New York, she now resides in Atlanta, where she continues to inspire others.
Janai's journey into pageantry began in college when she stepped out of her comfort zone and embraced the world of pageants. What started as a personal challenge quickly turned into a love for the transformation that young women undergo during the pageant preparation process. Janai is passionate about mentoring women, guiding them through this transformative experience, and helping them discover the true purpose in their crowns. She believes that while there may be only one crown, every woman has the power to make a lasting impact on her community.

Our founder, Janai Imani, discovered her love for pageantry during her college years, where she experienced firsthand the incredible growth that comes with preparing for a pageant.
